SPARK brings vintage woven fabrics into everyday spaces through the traditional Handwoven Rag Weave technique. Salvaged textile strips are brought together on a wooden loom in Yunnan, forming a compact surface with an individual arrangement of colors and textures.

Each piece carries its own character. Some retain relatively fresh-looking colors, while others show softer tones, fading, and the natural marks of age.

Small in scale and rich in texture, SPARK is a handwoven coaster finished with clean, wrapped edges.

Made from vintage textile materials, its surface brings together varied colors and patterns in a compact, square-like composition. Unlike fringed versions of rag-weave coasters, SPARK has a neat, fringe-free edge that gives it a more understated finish.

No two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, and signs of age are part of the character of each individual coaster.

SPARK is handwoven in Yunnan using a traditional wooden loom and the Handwoven Rag Weave technique.

Salvaged fabric strips are woven together to create a new textile surface, bringing different colors and textures into a single composition.

After weaving, each piece is cut to shape and finished with machine-stitched wrapped edges. This combination of handweaving and machine finishing gives the coaster its clean outline while securing the edges.
