Exchanges & Returns
Each piece in our collection is crafted with care—handmade over time by artisans whose names we know and whose stories we honor. Many are truly one of a kind; once they leave the studio, there is no exact replacement.
We ask that you consider your purchase thoughtfully, so each item finds the home it deserves.
✦ Before You Purchase
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order, including measurements, materials, and notes on variation.

✦ Returns
If you feel your piece may not be the right fit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are accepted only if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
✦ Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our pieces, exchanges are generally not available.
If a similar item is available, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee an identical replacement.
✦ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yuntopia.cn, including photos if possible. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
✦ Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Looking around your delivery area (mailbox, front door, or safe drop-off locations)
- Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout
If the package is still missing, please contact us at hello@yuntopia.cn. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation where possible.
While we are always here to help, please note that we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
✦ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- One-of-a-kind or limited pieces (unless damaged or defective)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items and gift cards
✦ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
✦ European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
