As many of our pieces are handmade or one of a kind, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. If so, we will notify you in advance.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Hong Kong
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — $10 USD (orders under $300)
- Express Shipping (3–5 business days) — $15 USD (orders under $300)
- Free Shipping on orders over $300 USD
North America, Europe & Australia
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — $12 USD (orders under $300)
- Express Shipping (3–5 business days) — $20 USD (orders under $300)
- Free Shipping on orders over $300 USD

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–2 days for tracking updates to appear.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
✦ Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:

- Looking around your delivery area (mailbox, front door, or safe drop-off locations)
- Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout
