Set within a small frame, each piece becomes a window — not to a specific place, but to a different way of seeing. Windows brings the quiet beauty of woven textiles into the spaces we live and work in.

Each Windows artwork is composed from a unique section of handwoven rag-weave textile from Yunnan.

Colors meet unexpectedly, textures overlap, and patterns emerge through the interplay of woven materials. The result is less like a conventional picture and more like an abstract textile landscape.

No two compositions are exactly alike. Each offers its own combination of color, texture, and atmosphere.

Rag weaving transforms strips of cloth into new woven compositions through a traditional handweaving practice.

The textile is woven on wooden looms, where different colors and textures come together in an organic, often unpredictable way. Rather than following a fixed visual pattern, the process allows the character of the materials to shape each composition.

Each selected section is then framed, turning a piece of woven textile into a small work of art.

At approximately 12 × 12 cm, including the frame, Windows is designed to bring a subtle touch of texture and color into everyday spaces.

Place it on a home office desk, a bookshelf, or a bedside table. It can also be hung on a wall to create a small point of visual interest.
