KNOT combines a vintage Zhuang brocade panel with indigo-dyed cotton and softened cotton fabric.

The selected brocade is carefully arranged with the surrounding textiles and stitched together to form the finished tea mat. The construction brings together different textile textures while retaining the original character of the vintage brocade.

Each mat is made from a unique section of vintage textile and cannot be reproduced in exactly the same composition.
